Parmi les nombreux projets de Gaël Horellou (Cosmic Connection, NHX) voilà peut-être le plus « roots » d’entre eux, un trio sax/basse/batterie sans électronique ni samples. Sur un répertoire de standards et de compositions, ce trio de têtes brûlées dévale les grilles harmoniques à tombeau ouvert, dans un flot ininterrompu d’idées et de prises de risques. Le très jeune et très talentueux Géraud Portal tient bon la barre tandis que le phénoménal Gaël Horellou et le fabuleux Antoine Paganotti jouent les fous du volant, dans des impros jubilatoires. A voir live impérativement.
